| Laserwheel puts you in the cockpit of a starfighter battling an alien invasion across the eight sectors of the Hyperspace Causeway. You sit at the center of a circular field while aliens and bombs orbit the edge, dodging your attacks and retaliating when hit. Destroyed enemies may split or explode unpredictably, and missed shots bounce back to damage your craft. As you fight, other sectors are simultaneously under siege – their status shown in the Lase Scan on the right. If a bar empties, that sector is lost. Survive the countdown with sectors remaining, and you advance to the next, faster, deadlier wave. |
