| In Matrix, the goal is to find as many words with at least four letters as possible within a 5x5 grid of letters. All players use the same letter grid and have the same amount of time to form words. Longer words score higher points, but only words that no other player has used are counted. The letter "Q" is treated as "Qu" to simplify gameplay. Each letter in a word must be adjacent to the previous one, either horizontally, diagonally, or vertically, and no letter can be used more than once in the same word. Plural and past tense forms are considered separate words. |
