The game is set in a bleak future where the world has been devastated by a holocaust. The ruthless Dr. A Noid has turned humans into mindless zombies using his artificial food, "SLU." To stop him, the player first drives an ATV through the city, destroying enemy vehicles and avoiding mines and turrets. Various buildings can be explored, where the player fights through rooms filled with zombies, dodges traps, and searches for ammunition, food, and a pass to the arena. The third part of the game is a deadly demolition derby in which enemy vehicles must be pushed into holes in the ground. After surviving the arena, the journey continues from city to city, leading up to the final confrontation with Dr. A Noid.
