| "Osmium II: The Revenge of FX" takes place on the planet Osmium, home to the Rexillian Blitztroopers. The player must fly across the planet's surface and eliminate all enemies. In this side-scrolling shooter, the goal is to shoot down as many aliens as possible or evade them. Obstacles make progression even harder — touching an alien or an obstacle costs a life. Occasionally, symbols appear that grant better weapons when shot but cost a life if touched. At the end of each level, a boss enemy in the form of a large ship must be destroyed or avoided to progress to the next stage. |
