| In Pains'n'Aches, you take on the role of the Archmage, who once received the grail as payment for his aid, but whose plans for dominion were crushed by the titans. In a cruel twist of fate, his own partner was cursed with the same spell that had afflicted the knight's beloved and was turned into a monster. Many years later, the Archmage learns of a pendant that could reverse the curse. To embark on this quest, he must assume human form – and so your adventure begins. |
