Paku Paku is based on the classic Pac-Man and even highlights the trivia that the original Japanese name “Paku Paku” means “flap your mouth.” The game uses a reduced version of the original map, built from 3x3 tiles instead of 8x8, preserving the aspect ratio, layout, and scoring system of the arcade classic. Visually, it closely resembles the original, but development was never fully completed – ghost collision detection in particular was never properly implemented, giving the game an unfinished, experimental feel.
