In Paranoid, you control a paddle to break blocks – classic Arkanoid style, but with more striking visuals. Backgrounds feature scenes from demos and games, giving each level a unique look. The game appears nearly complete, with polished graphics and multiple stages, but was likely never officially released. Developed in the early '90s by Thomas Mittelmeyer, known for C64 Lemmings, it blends breakout gameplay with demo-scene flair – almost finished, but left in limbo.
