Pat Splatt is the top poster sticker in Groove-Town, but his rival, Nasty Norville, has messed up his posters. The player takes on the role of Pat and must rearrange the posters correctly within a time limit. There are 12 levels, divided into three difficulty categories: Kids Stuff, Smart Alec, and Mensa Only. The levels become progressively harder, with larger grids and more challenging time limits. The first poster is a 2x2 grid, and the last one is an 8x8 grid. Pat moves on a ladder, and the screen scrolls. Using a brush, the player can shift rows or columns, all while avoiding rockets. If Pat is hit by a rocket, he loses a life.
