| „Phimosis“ feels like an early preview of a budget title that may never have moved beyond its demo phase. Gameplay-wise, it resembles a mix of Ocean's “Tank” and one of the old Codemasters games – a bit clunky to control, tough in difficulty, but not actually bad. The graphics are basic, backgrounds sparse – possibly due to the game still being in development. It seems the game was meant to be pitched to various publishers – perhaps without success, which would explain why only this early version exists. A recently found preview includes a third level and some credits, offering a few leads into its background. The name is strange, the game average – but somehow still intriguing. |
