Power Struggle allows you to compete against a friend or the computer for world domination in either the West or the East. After you select your page, you will be shown a world map. Countries belonging to the West are green, countries belonging to the East are red, and neutral countries are white. Your goal is to conquer as many lands as possible while your opponent does the same.

You will be shown icons and have to decide how to take over lands within a time limit. These options are attack, supply, exercise political influence or build factories and armies. Once you have made both decisions, the orders will be executed. Although you can take lands, your opponent can take yours and vice versa. Therefore, keeping these countries is part of the challenge.
