| “Spitfire” is a side-scrolling shoot-'em-up where you take control of a Spitfire pilot tasked with multiple missions. Fly over the English Channel, destroy enemy planes and grounded flying bombs, and protect your base in England from airborne attacks. All of this must be done before your fuel runs out and you crash. Your plane can take up to ten hits, but descending too fast leads to an instant crash. You have six Spitfires in total, but lose any on the ground and your chances diminish. Agility, accuracy, and timing are key to a successful air defense. |
