Treasure Hunt is a game based on a popular British television series from the 1980s. In the show, participants were given cryptic clues that led from one place to another. They had to decipher these clues and direct a real TV presenter and her camera crew to these locations in a helicopter.
The game follows the same pattern. Included is a 60+ page book containing excerpts from Ernest Benn's Blue Book travel guides for England, Scotland and Wales. However, the instructions state that a large scale map would also be useful. The game consists of four hunts
* Greater London
* South Devon
* Anglesey
* The Fife Peninsula
The best way to describe the game is to follow one of the clues. The player has 10 seconds to read the clue, then the game begins. |
