Trenchfire is a shoot 'em up heavily inspired by the trench scenes from the Star Wars arcade game. In this game, the player must defend their position in a trench by shooting at attacking enemies while avoiding obstacles and enemy fire. The gameplay is viewed from a top-down perspective, reminiscent of the iconic Death Star trench run sequence from Star Wars: A New Hope. The player must skillfully fire shots, manage their ammunition, and take strategic positions. As the game progresses, the difficulty increases, with enemies becoming more aggressive and their attacks less predictable.
