| “The Vindicator!” tells the story of a lone hero rising against an alien invasion that has left Earth in ruins and driven humanity underground. Your mission begins in a maze-like underground complex where you must locate blueprints that reveal how to destroy the invaders. You'll need keycards, sharp aim to eliminate alien threats, and the wit to solve an anagram puzzle. Then, you move into a vertically scrolling section, piloting a plane – or a jeep after a life loss – as you blast your way toward the alien base with infinite basic ammo and limited special weapons like bombs or grenades. In the final stage, you infiltrate the base in a side-scrolling platform section, using elevators, trap doors, and fast reflexes to survive waves of enemies on your way to confront the Dark Overlord. |
