In 1999 AD, humanity was devastated by a global catastrophe. Although humanity quickly recovered, in this chaotic era, there was an organization called "Black Shadow" that conspired to rule the Earth. Leaving Earth far away, they used the ultimate weapon "Spectron" to blackmail the Earth Federation government. It is impossible for the present Earth government to repel them by force. So, as a member of the Earth Federation Intelligence Service, you are sent on a mission by them, but crash-landed your fighter plane and suffered amnesia from the shock of the accident.
