Infogrames brings two-on-two beach volleyball to the PlayStation in Power Spike Pro Beach Volleyball. The game is licensed by the FIVB and features 40 real volleyball heroes like Gabrielle Reece and Sinjin Smith. Real-life venues are also featured, with play in 14 different locations around the world including Sidney, Osaka, and Los Angeles.
There is also an option for players to design their own beach volleyball superstars. Gameplay integrates an icon-based system for precise placement of bumps, digs, and spikes. With a multi-tap and enough controllers, up to four players can compete at once in Power Strike Pro Beach Volleyball, each controlling a different volleyball star on the competing two-person teams. |
