The story of the game takes place thousands of years in the future, with humanity having explored many parts of the galaxy and established numerous colonies. One of them, Seti-Alpha 5, has stopped communicating for some reason and it's your job to travel to SAT5 to investigate what has happened. When you arrive, you encounter a force capable of turning humans and machines into deadly aliens. These events take place around 100 years after those in the original Alien Syndrome. At the start of the game, you can choose one of several characters and a speciality. The speciality you choose determines your character's initial stats. As the game progresses, you gain levels that give you points to allocate to improving your stats. These determine the accuracy of ranged or melee attacks, speed, healing power, etc. |
