Neighbors from Hell: On Vacation is the sequel to the puzzle/stealth game Neighbors from Hell. The player once again controls Woody, this time following his neighbor in his trip to Mexico, India and China in 14 new episodes.
Several gameplay changes have been added. The most notable one is the presence of the neighbor's mother in many of the episodes, who recognizes Woody and attacks him on sight. To compensate for having two hostile characters present simultaneously, the player now has 3 lives per episode. Additionally, obtaining some items require the player to stay in place and play a mini-game, during which time Woody is vulnerable. Other new characters include the neighbor's love interest Olga and her son, the latter of which he can not stand. |
