Power Dolls 2 is a turn-based tactical game set in a futuristic 26th century scenario. Like its predecessor, the game focuses on the war between the Omni planets and Earth. Players command the female "Detachment Of Limited Line Service" squad and can choose to run through the campaign in a linear fashion or select specific missions directly from the main menu.
Gameplay is very similar to that of the previous game, with a few additions relating to the interface and customisation (such as more detailed ways of equipping mechas). The player must assemble a team from a number of available pilots, assigning a mecha or another type of vessel depending on the type of mission and its requirements. |
