Chopper Rescue is one of the first commercial game releases by Robert Shaw, who later went
on to make machine language games such as Tut's Tomb and Shock Trooper for Mark Data Products. He wrote this game
for a company he ran (along with a local Radio Shack manager) when he was 16.

This game was released by Prism software in 1982, and is written in Extended Basic. In it, you are
trying to rescue people trapped at the top of burning buildings, and, by using the joystick, you
have to fly to them (without hitting other buildings), and then fire down a rope for them to grab
onto (which they can only grab with their hand on the left hand side). After you
pick one up, you have to fly back to the right hand side of the screen, and drop them onto a
trampoline... but not from too high, or they will die. Every time you rescue someone, the fires
speed up, and once a building burns to the ground, another one starts on fire.
